The Graduate Support Officer will provide front-facing support for students, families and stakeholders during graduations ceremonies and other major university events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support student and stakeholder engagement, planning, and communications as directed
  • Record project activities, milestones and deliverables and prepare data and reports as required
  • Maintain relevant data and information to inform decision-making on key projects
  • Contribute to the preparation of project documentation
