About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our team in Canberra. As a Speech Pathologist with ORS Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, with varying communication and swallowing needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Provide evidence-based interventions, including speech therapy, swallowing therapy, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) services
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, educators, and family members, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients
  • Participate in professional development opportunities, including training, workshops, and conferences, to stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Registration or ability to become registered with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • A car and driver's license
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles
