Palliative Care Specialist

We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide high-quality end-of-life care to clients and their families.
- This is a rewarding role for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of others.
You will be part of a rapidly growing team, working primarily based in and around Cairns supporting the Cairns HHS region.
Key ResponsibilitiesProviding Palliative Care:
- You will engage with various communities across Queensland, enhancing your professional experience.
- Work closely with the palliative care team and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
Clinical Expertise:
- Current Registered Nurse Licence and Registration Certificate in the employing State.
- Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification.
- Mid to senior level proficiency in general nursing, demonstrating clinical expertise and a person-centered care approach.
Communication Skills:
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
