Regional Sales Manager

The Sales Director will lead the Commercial team to expand presence in the Australian market. This role involves developing and growing a regional team, bringing smart, sustainable, and high-quality products to more active families and outdoor enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coach country sales and marketing teams to achieve long-term success with topline growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement sales, distribution, and marketing plans for existing and new customers.
- Report on monthly sales and marketing development, as well as monthly qualitative and quantitative forecasting.
- Manage the business through strong partnerships with stakeholders, new accounts, and the team.
- Extensive knowledge in key account management, independent retailer expansion, and leadership.
- Experience in Sales Management for sports, outdoor, fashion, or consumer packaged goods.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with customers, the team, and the organization.
