Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge?

As a Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for handling all sale enquiries on life products and providing accurate information to customers.

You will promote products and recommend suitable policy options, building strong relationships with customers and delivering exceptional customer service.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and negotiation skills over the phone, as well as a strong drive and motivation to succeed.

With previous sales experience within a contact centre, preferably with life insurance experience, you will be able to effectively manage your pipeline and meet and exceed sales targets and other KPIs.
