Job Role:

 

We are seeking highly skilled production specialists to join our salad processing facility in Bibra Lake.

 

About the Role:

  • Operate machinery and equipment on food processing lines with precision and efficiency
  • Achieve output and line speed targets within set timeframes, ensuring seamless production workflows
  • Work in fast-paced production environments, maintaining quality and reliability standards
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols and regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth
  • Must be physically fit, able to repetitively lift between 15-20kg
  • Be willing to work in a cold environment (between 2-4 degrees)
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to comprehend complex instructions
  • Experience in FMCG, preferably in the food industry, is highly regarded but not essential
  • Awareness of food safety, quality assurance, and HACCP principles is beneficial, but we provide comprehensive training
