IT Manager Job Summary

This role is pivotal in driving the design, development, testing, implementation and monitoring of software and tools that bolster business capabilities.

The leader will define scope and requirements with stakeholders, spearhead innovative IT solutions to meet business needs, and inspire and mentor the team to drive significant business impact.

Key responsibilities include managing a team of IT professionals, delivering software releases relating to products for business units, and developing environmental requirements for each project.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Business knowledge of investment management workflows
  • AWS experience
  • Experience working and leading within Agile methodology
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
  • Previous leadership skills & experience
  • Experience in Equity Portfolio Management and UI Development is a plus
