Soccer Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced soccer coach to lead our junior teams on the Central Coast of NSW.

About the Role:

  • Lead soccer coaching sessions for children aged 1-12 years, developing their skills and confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs tailored to different age groups and skill levels, promoting player development and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to create a positive and inclusive team culture, fostering a love of soccer in our young players.
  • Provide guidance and support to players to help them improve their skills and reach their full potential, building their self-esteem and confidence on and off the field.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with children is highly desirable, with a strong focus on creating a safe and nurturing environment.
  • A passion for soccer (as a player, coach, referee, or fan) is essential, with a deep understanding of the game's principles and strategies.
  • A valid Working with Children Check (WWC) is required, ensuring the safety and well-being of all players.
  • Access to own transport is necessary, enabling you to travel to and from training sessions and games.
