Software Packaging Expert

This key packaging role is based in Adelaide, SA and delivers high-quality services to one of our largest customers as part of a broader team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for software packaging and repackaging, from discovery through to deployment support, leveraging enterprise-grade tools and processes to deliver exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include preparing documentation for operational staff, analysing and rectifying packaging problems, and ensuring outstanding levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of packaging tools such as InstallShield, PACE, and endpoint management platforms including SCCM, Intune, and JAMF.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in the IT industry, preferably in an IT Managed Service Provider environment, is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the IT industry
  • Approximately 3 years' experience in a similar Application Packaging role
  • Exceptional knowledge of packaging tools
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, and macOS operating systems
  • Skilled in endpoint management platforms
