Project Manager

Are you a seasoned project lead ready to drive large-scale visions forward?

About the Role:
  • Lead the planning and delivery of building upgrades and interior fit-outs.
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and engineers to drive outcomes.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and risk management across active worksites.
  • Liaise with local authorities and manage development approval processes.
  • Prepare scopes of work, technical documents, and compliance reports.
  • Provide regular status updates to senior leadership on all active and pipeline projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within construction, development, or engineering, with a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field. Familiarity with QLD building codes, project compliance, and local processes is also required.

Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Landscape Construction or relevant qualification.
  • Queensland driver's license (manual).
  • White Card certification.
