As a member of our Christmas Experience Team, you will be the friendly face creating magical moments for visitors as you guide them through their experience, sharing the joy of the season from start to finish. You will welcome families and spread Christmas cheer, help capture magical Santa photos, and ensure a fun, stress-free experience for kids and adults.
We are seeking individuals who are full of good vibes and festive energy, great with people (and pets) of all ages, cool under pressure, and team players who love making people feel welcome. A Working with Children's Clearance is also required.
Our Expectations- Welcome families and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in capturing high-quality Santa photos.
- Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality.
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Process and package visitor prints and photo packages with care.
- A positive attitude and festive spirit.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
- Calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children's Clearance.
