We are currently seeking skilled professionals to fill the role of Metal Fabrication Specialist. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of current Australian welding standards and be able to interpret engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications and standards.

The role involves performing various metal fabrication techniques including MMAW, FCAW, MIG and SAW. Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to work safely at heights and comply with company quality control systems and processes.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess an Australian recognised trade certificate in a relevant field. A construction white card and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and regular/random drug and alcohol screens are also essential requirements.

About the Role:
  • Maintenance shutdowns and project works
  • Solid understanding of current Australian welding standards
  • Interpret engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications and standards
  • Perform metal fabrication techniques including MMAW, FCAW, MIG and SAW
  • Comply with company quality control systems and processes
