The role of a rehabilitation counsellor or psychologist is a challenging and rewarding career path. This position involves working with injured workers to help them return to work or reintegrate into the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver injury management services to assist injured workers with psychological injuries
- Work under the supervision of industry experts to achieve optimal return-to-work, redeployment, or community re-engagement outcomes
- Provide comprehensive support to clients through various stages of their recovery journey
