Job Title: Transport Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced transport operations manager to lead the implementation of transport and logistics strategies, plans, and projects.

This role will involve developing and executing transport planning and scheduling in collaboration with trading and operational teams, managing a team of transport professionals, and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of transport and logistics functions across all sites.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective transport planning and scheduling processes
  • Managing a team of transport professionals to achieve high performance standards
  • Collaborating with trading and operational teams to ensure seamless logistics operations
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics management, preferably in transport planning
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in managing fleet and carrier relationships
  • Strong knowledge of transport regulations and compliance requirements
  • Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
