Occupational Therapist Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced occupational therapists to work as independent contractors in a flexible workforce environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans that cater to the unique needs of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants, families, and carers.
  • Evaluate and deliver evidence-based interventions within complex support settings.
  • Create meaningful goals and practical strategies using positive behaviour support frameworks.
  • Ensure individual plans align with NDIS participant's passions, strengths, and goals.
  • Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams to drive optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with the NDIS.
  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • An active Australian Business Number (ABN).
  • Pertinent insurance coverage including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • Police clearance, Working With Children (WWC), and NDIS screening.
