As an Employment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients through tailored solutions, fostering positive relationships with local employers, and driving outcomes that make a lasting impact.
About the Role:
You will identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local businesses, support them in developing skills to become job-ready, and deliver high-quality services while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements. Enhance employability through training and referrals, develop personalized job plans, and maintain strong connections with community groups.
Suitable Candidates:
We seek individuals who demonstrate empathy, are solution-focused, and possess excellent communication skills. A background in sales, retail, call centers, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration is beneficial. We provide comprehensive training, enabling you to transform your transferable skills into a rewarding career in employment services.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
