Electrical Design Professional

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate electrical engineer to deliver design completion and defect artefacts in accordance with the practical completion's delivery programme.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing project documentation using standard drafting procedures with CAD equipment and software.
- Prepare technical documentation, conduct site inspections, markup drawings and backdraft as required.
- Develop detailed designs, specifications and calculations in consultation with senior engineers.
- Track progress and report to management and stakeholders within relevant registers.
- Contribute to necessary documentation applicable to completions and commissioning.
- Manage technical queries, drawings registers and document control.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within mining and construction industry.
- Hold a Bachelor of Engineering and Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge of LV power system modelling and lighting software such as PowerCAD, AGI/Dialux.
- Practical experience with AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines with well-developed organisational skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude, team player and strong work ethic.
