About This Role

The Hobart Clinic is seeking a skilled mental health specialist to support patients and clients in the area of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team who share a passion for creating a safe, therapeutic environment where individuals feel heard and valued.

  • As a DBT facilitator, you will have experience with DBT principles and techniques, as well as strong communication skills to engage with patients and clients.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Facilitating DBT groups and workshops;
  • Developing and delivering training programs on DBT principles and techniques;
  • Providing individualised support and guidance to patients and clients;
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care;
  • Contributing to the development of new programs and services.
