As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to lead high-profile onshore wind civil and electrical projects.

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to deliver onshore wind civil and electrical packages, including access roads, footings, and cabling. This is a key leadership role where you will oversee project teams and ensure timely delivery of major projects.

This position involves managing site project teams, quality assurance, cost, and time management. You will also be responsible for preparing management reports and resolving site issues in a timely manner. Furthermore, you will liaise with key clients and stakeholders, coordinate internal and external resources, and recruit and mentor teams as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar is required, along with 7-20+ years' management experience in civil packages on onshore wind construction projects.
