We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to improve their independence and work towards their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client caseloads autonomously, including assessments, diagnosis, planning, and treatments.
- Work with a diverse caseload of clients to expand your clinical experience and skills.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services in community environments, focusing on achieving personal goals.
- Collaborate with families, health professionals, and educational staff to attain stronger client outcomes.
- Prepare accurate, timely, and high-quality reports.
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach to enhance outcomes.
- Engage in professional development and opportunities for progression to senior clinical and management roles.
- A flexible work environment, allowing you to work from home, offices, or community settings.
- Annual Professional Development Allowance of $5,000 plus two days of study leave and weekly supervision, mentoring, and internal training.
