Key Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs and develop strategies for safe return to pre-injury activities;
  • Conduct vocational assessments and equipment trials;
  • Support clients through Activities of Daily Living Assessments and Support Needs Assessments;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve recovery and return to work goals;
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the process.

Requirements

  • Full registration with AHPRA or eligibility to obtain;
  • Allied Health Qualification in Occupational Therapy;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Current drivers' licence and access to own vehicle;
  • A passion for occupational rehabilitation and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
