Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to provide technical support for our automated access solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our access control systems, including gate motors, automatic doors, and speedgates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out service and preventative maintenance calls to ensure optimal system performance
  • Conducting inspections, fault finding, and diagnostic checks to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Providing technical advice and information on our products to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with installations and ensuring that all systems are properly configured and tested
  • Liaising with clients to discuss service requirements and promote service agreements

Requirements:

  • Experience in the access control industry, preferably with gate motors and automatic doors
  • A white card and electrical fitter licence or restricted electrical work licence
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
