Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Field Service Technician - Network Specialist to join our team in delivering exceptional service to customers.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, providing seamless service rectification and product installations that meet customer satisfaction standards.

About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality service rectification and product installations to Telstra's customers.
  • Maintain and manage fibre network technology, core network technology, and data services.
  • Perform copper cable maintenance and installation, including fault finding, jointing, jumpering, and networking.
  • Install and maintain customer premises equipment for both consumer and business clients.
  • Fault find over copper networks in rural or remote settings.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Certificate III in Telecommunications.
  • An open cabling license.
  • Traffic management qualifications.
  • An industry-recognized white card.
