This role leads a team in Sydney, handling complex personal security clearance processes across various security levels.
- Lead a high-performing team to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assess clearance cases meticulously, applying attention to detail and adherence to best practices.
- Provide sound advice on clearance outcomes and enforce stringent quality controls.
- Process security clearances meticulously, strictly adhering to standard procedures.
- Conduct thorough Quality Assurance checks, ensuring alignment with standard procedures.
- Collaborate seamlessly with multiple stakeholders and senior team members to deliver efficient caseload management and execution.
- Extensive vetting experience (essential) in Government or similar high-security environments.
- A minimum Negative Vetting Level 1, with the opportunity to upgrade as required.
- Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting).
