About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to provide high-level administrative support to the Course Completions function at our Melbourne campus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Course Completions team, including coordinating enrolments, fees, and progression.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and support the implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Solve complex issues and undertake high-level administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Course Completions function.
About the Team

The Course Completions team is responsible for ensuring that students receive the support they need to complete their courses. We are a collaborative and supportive team that values excellence and innovation.

What We Offer
  • A total remuneration package valued at $106,366 - $114,254 per annum, including salary, employer contributions to superannuation, and annual leave loading.
  • 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
  • Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary payable, dependent on your commencement date.
  • Access to generous benefits, including flexible work, study leave, and a variety of leave provisions.
