About the Role
  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers through effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Support participants to enhance their employability by identifying skills gaps and developing tailored job plans.
  • Deliver quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with employers and community groups to build positive relationships and drive employment outcomes.
  • Develop comprehensive job plans to ensure clear employment pathways for participants.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle for travel to meetings and site visits.
  • A MyGovID (Standard level) to access government systems and services.
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with flexibility to accommodate changing demands.
