We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Support operational teams in reviewing and managing risks, including emerging risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective risk management strategies
- Partner with Audit and SMEs to deliver an integrated approach to risk and compliance
- Support the business in providing risk inputs, including annual declarations
- Prepare detailed reports on risk trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain risk management information hubs, communications, and training materials
- Ensure the effective implementation of the ERM framework, including creating and delivering training
- Provide oversight and challenge in relation to risks and control design and management
- Support the development of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and respective dashboards
- Support the design and implementation of risk management systems to enhance the ERM framework
We are looking for a risk professional with 2-4 years of experience in transport, logistics, energy, resources, ports, cruise operations, or a comparable industry. You will have demonstrated experience in applying risk management principles, using a risk management platform, and supporting the design, development, delivery, or training of risk management frameworks.
