Store Operations Lead

We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Operations Lead to join our team at the Mosman Boutique. As a Store Operations Lead, you will play a key role in leading and inspiring your team to achieve sales, KPI targets, and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and inspiring your team to achieve store sales, KPI targets, and profitability goals
  • Store operations including inventory and stock control
  • Facilitating visual merchandising to a high standard, following directives and ensuring impeccable presentation of all product
  • Maintaining exceptional product knowledge, being able to articulate features and benefits
  • Driving a high performing team culture, committed to providing outstanding customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous people management experience, preferably in retail
  • Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to coach and lead a team effectively to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Ability to develop a strong product knowledge with a passion and drive for selling
