CQUniversity is looking for an innovative Executive Director to lead our Stronger Places, Stronger People Initiative in the Capricornia Region. As a transformational leader, you will guide a dedicated team and regional leadership group, championing the voices of local communities across Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a community-led approach to enhancing futures for children and families
- Advocate for social change and collective impact initiatives
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to design and deliver meaningful solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience, including team management and strategic planning
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Collective impact mindset and ability to inspire confidence and passion in stakeholders
