Barista All-Rounder Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team as a full-time or part-time All-Rounder. As a skilled Coffee Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks to our customers.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a barista role in Australia.
  • Latte art skills required.
  • Prior experience in a similar café or customer service role preferred.

In this role, you will work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and contribute to the success of our business.

About Us

We operate from 6 am to 3 pm, Monday to Friday, offering a great work-life balance with no weekend or evening shifts. This is an ideal opportunity for students or those seeking a balanced lifestyle.

What We Offer
  • Flexible Hours: Around 20 hours per week (minimum 15 hours)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Barista Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Australia with latte art skills required
  • Café All-Rounder Experience: Prior experience in a similar café or customer service role preferred
  • Thrives Under Pressure: Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability: Must be available Monday to Friday during our opening hours
  • Job Types: Permanent, Casual
  • Experience: Barista in AUSTRALIA: 2 years (required)
