Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Video Editor to join our team at TVZ. As a key member of our production crew, you will be responsible for editing high-quality video content for our live television programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with producers and reporters to craft compelling narratives and achieve desired results creatively and to a high standard.
- Edit Weekend Sunrise and Sunrise's diverse range of content, including interviews, entertainment, human interest stories, consumer segments, and news pieces.
- Work closely with the Sunrise Senior Editor to ensure consistency and quality in all edited content.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of TVZ's brand and style guidelines to ensure all edited content meets our high standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing to continuously improve our content.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Video Editor in a live television production environment.
- Excellent editing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of TVZ's brand and style guidelines.
