Key Responsibilities

The primary objective of our team is to formulate high-quality strategic initiatives and projects, either focused on specific business units or spanning the entire portfolio. This role will report to the Senior Strategy Manager or General Manager and will oversee project management or critical work streams within major initiatives, guiding teams and offering strategic insights.

Qualifications

We seek a candidate who can cultivate strong relationships with senior management and possesses the ability to influence and engage effectively. You should be adept at managing and developing junior team members, leveraging a structured and analytical approach. A dedication to results and a customer-centric mindset are essential.

Minimum of 4 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a leading strategy consultancy, investment banking, or corporate strategy Exceptional academic achievements and social contributions Proven expertise in strategic problem-solving, project management, and change management Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels Proficiency in analytics and quantitative modeling Experience in consumer markets and retail is advantageous
