- Respond quickly to equipment failures, communicate effectively with affected teams, and work efficiently to resolve issues.
- Support continuous improvement by analyzing breakdowns, providing feedback, and suggesting improvements to enhance equipment availability and overall performance.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to maintain and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring high levels of availability and reliability.
About the Team
Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team is a technically skilled and collaborative group, working together to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment across our global network of fulfillment centers.
Requirements
- Formal trade qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Electrotechnology with a current electrical trade license or a Certificate III in Engineering/Mechanical Trade (Fitter/Turner).
- Experience with planned preventative maintenance systems and fault finding within material handling equipment/automation systems.
- Ability to read and understand electrical/mechanical drawings and experience with conveyor maintenance, motor controllers/inverters.
- Experience working to appropriate health and safety standards and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with computer maintenance systems (CMMS) and sortation machines.
- Experience in an industrial environment and maintaining/configuring barcode scanners.
- Experience with print and apply machines.
