Job Title

Administration Officer Assets is a dynamic role that involves maintaining efficient records management systems, providing administrative support to staff, and contributing to the development of best practices in business systems.

The ideal candidate will have well-developed interpersonal skills, ability to deliver high-quality ICT services, knowledge of policies and practices relating to asset management, procurement, and records management.

Additionally, the successful applicant will be able to quickly learn Service Now and ITIL Service Management processes, primarily incident and configuration management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an efficient and effective records management system for assets, equipment, and software.
  • Provide remote administrative support to staff as required.
  • Contribute to the development of best practice in business systems by monitoring and reviewing work practices.
  • Develop, maintain, and work within procedures for procurement and financial policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to deliver high-quality ICT services with emphasis on coordinating multiple tasks and working unsupervised.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work in individual or team situations.
  • Knowledge of policies and practices relating to asset management, procurement, and records management.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn Service Now and ITIL Service Management processes.

Working Conditions

It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be and remain vaccinated against certain vaccine-preventable diseases. Reasonable travel may be a requirement of this position. An open C-class driver's licence is desirable.
