ROLE OVERVIEW...

As the Retail Operations Leader, you will be tasked with guiding, supporting, and inspiring the Team Members in your store. Your responsibilities will include training on customer service excellence, conveying the company’s strategies and objectives, and providing guidance and coaching on personal development, merchandising, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and executing sales initiatives
  • Ensuring Sales and Margin targets are achieved and surpassed
  • Adhering to all Work, Health and Safety Policies, Procedures, and activities, while actively promoting a safe workplace
  • Overseeing stock levels, inventory movement, and loss prevention
  • Managing Team performance, development, and engagement
  • Processing orders for both residential and trade clients; in-store, via email, and over the phone
  • Training, mentoring, and coaching Team Members on delivering exceptional product knowledge and ongoing sales development

  • Prior experience as a Store Manager

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels with the ability to engage others
