About the Role

Permanent Part-Time Night Shift | 10.30pm - 7.30am

A highly skilled nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional care is required to join our team at Estia Health. As a leader in clinical care, you will be responsible for providing comfort and reassurance to our residents while maintaining the highest standard of work.

  1. You will see to the medical needs of our residents, including addressing their physical and emotional requirements.

  2. Put together accurate and timely clinical documentation to ensure seamless care delivery.

  3. Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and fostering a positive work environment for staff.

  4. Take pride in maintaining a safe and healthy workplace, adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.

  5. Pursue continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in aged care.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

  • Leadership experience in clinical care settings.

  • A nursing degree and current registration with AHPRA.

  • Solid documentation skills and knowledge of ACFI.
