We are currently seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team at our CDC Condabri site. As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team and ensuring the smooth execution of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support to the operations manager and other business units within the operation
  • Ensure all relevant consumables are accessible for employees on site
  • Maintain accurate records of site visitors and conduct inductions as required
  • Manage quotes, invoices, and purchase order requirements
  • Organize external training for employees, including first aid, fire warden, and load restraint training

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in transport and logistics, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Excel
  • A safety champion with a focus on compliance and safety
  • Demonstrated time management, delegation, and prioritization skills

About the Role:
