About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning and Project Controller to join our commercial team in the defence sector. The successful candidate will be based in Canberra, ACT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective planning and project control processes and best practices
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure construction methodology is incorporated into project programs
  • Develop and maintain fully integrated programs
  • Monitor labour and plant productivity
  • Develop and update detailed hour-by-hour shutdown programs using Primavera P6

About You

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, backed by a relevant engineering degree or equivalent
  • Experience working on defence projects
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office experience is a must
  • PRISM G2, Navisworks, and Power BI experience will be highly regarded
