Product Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, workshops, and product-related events, as well as maintaining team documentation.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, such as Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
The Product Coordinator will work closely with the Product Manager, change and training teams, and key stakeholders to help keep the team organised and aligned. They will assist with internal comms, presentations, and stakeholder updates, and help gather, collate, and organise feedback or requests from stakeholders and users.
Responsibilities- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and product-related events
- Maintain team documentation including product backlogs, action trackers, release calendars, stakeholder registers, and product artefacts

- Tertiary qualification in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience in a support, coordination, or admin role within a corporate or professional services environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
