Speech Pathologist Role Overview

This is a rewarding speech pathology position within our allied health practice. We deliver holistic care through multidisciplinary teams, working together to support children and families.

We are currently recruiting for our 2026 Graduate Program. This role offers a comprehensive induction period, ongoing training and development opportunities, and the chance to work alongside experienced practitioners.

Key responsibilities will include working with children and their families to develop and implement personalized therapy plans. You will be part of a supportive team environment, with regular supervision and ongoing professional development.

  • Comprehensive induction and ongoing training - enjoy a thorough induction period and regular training sessions to ensure you feel confident and supported in your role.
  • Manageable caseload - build up your caseload at a pace that suits you, with ongoing support from experienced senior Speech Pathologists.
  • Frequent supervision - enjoy regular one-on-one internal supervision and fortnightly peer supervision to help you grow and develop in your role.
  • Ongoing professional development - participate in regular in-service professional development sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Full Australian work rights.
  • Registration as a Speech Pathologist with the relevant governing body or eligibility to obtain.
  • Degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work).
