About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Dental Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and is looking for a rewarding career in the dental industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our dental practice, including preparing patients and facilities for dental treatment, delivering quality chairside assistance to our dentists, and maintaining infection control standards and procedures.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients.
  • Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment.
  • Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists.
  • Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression.
  • Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records.
  • Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions.
  • Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures.
  • Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working at a local Australian Dental practice.
  • Passionate about customer service / patient care.
  • Organised with attention to detail.
  • A proven track record of punctuality and reliability.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner.
