Key Responsibilities

  • Check passengers' tickets against the manifest to ensure everyone is seated correctly
  • Assist with loading and unloading of passenger baggage
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our passengers by reporting any operational issues
  • Work closely with the Passenger Services Supervisor to ensure seamless service delivery

About You

We're looking for a team player who is able to work autonomously and within a team environment. You'll need to be able to think under pressure, identify and resolve problems, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Current RSA and Food Hygiene certificates (or willingness to obtain)
  • Able to work on multiple priorities at once
  • Ability to undertake occasional heavy lifting (up to 20kgs)
