Key Role in Data Transformation and Analytics

The primary focus of this position lies in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. This involves developing and implementing dashboard reporting capabilities that cater to the needs of various stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision making.
  • Lead performance analysis initiatives to drive continuous improvement and service quality enhancements.
  • Maintain system integrity across multiple platforms by ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Deliver critical reporting including compliance-related requirements with precision and timeliness.
  • Develop financial and operational models to support business case development.
  • Identify trends and opportunities through in-depth analysis of operational and transactional data.
  • Provide training and empowerment to team members through self-service reporting capabilities and knowledge sharing.
About You:
  • Proven experience in a similar analytics role, preferably within the superannuation or financial services sector.
  • Strong background in handling operational data, incident management, and complaint resolution processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage dashboards and reporting tools (Atlassian, Power BI, and Excel).
  • Experience in financial modeling, business case analysis, and data interpretation.
  • A keen eye for insights – able to translate complex data into meaningful actions.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Tertiary qualifications in technology, data science, analytics, or a related field (certifications welcome).
