Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Customer Development to lead our high-performing team in the Americas. As a key member of our Global Customer Development Organization, you will be responsible for driving bookings performance and In Quarter Renewal Rate (IQRR) across all regions.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of customer development representatives to achieve revenue growth and retention goals.
  • Develop and execute plans to renew and expand upon expiring Annual Contract Values (ACV) through value-based solution selling techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a strong operating cadence and ensure pipeline, forecasting, deal review, execution, deployment, and revenue realization.
  • Partner with Field Sales management to reduce/eliminate customer churn and provide weekly reporting on bookings achievement, IQRR projected attainment, and projected losses.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven leadership results with experience managing a team responsible for recurring revenue.
  • Operational rigor and ability to hold the team accountable for operational excellence in Clari and Salesforce hygiene, forecasting, and tracking to KPI's.
  • A builder mentality and ability to handle a fast-paced, hyper-growth culture while keeping a steady hand to drive the team's success.
  • Experience in the security/SaaS industries.
