Overview

We9re on the hunt for a Retail Store Manager to lead the GhandaGang in Indooroopilly, QLD.

- 38-hour week: No fixed-rate salary. Get paid for the hours you work, no less. Receive overtime penalties if you work over ordinary hours.

About us

Born out of Torquay, VIC in the early 2000s with a dream to design and deliver affordable, high-quality garments, Ghanda Clothing has quickly become a household name as the largest 100% Australian-owned and operated clothing brand, with over 100 locations across the nation.

A day in the life

As a Retail Store Manager, you will have direct responsibility for:

- Leading, coaching and training a team of up to 20 team members.

- Driving the Ghanda values with your store team.

- Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.

- Liaising with your Stock Allocator and working independently to maintain appropriate stock levels to maximise return on floor space.

- Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports and store/team compliance.

About you

- With demonstrated leadership experience who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values.

- Who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously.

- With similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker — at Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience.
