Job Description:

A clinical research project manager is required to oversee end-to-end clinical projects across various therapeutic areas, including oncology. As part of a team, you will work closely with the Project Director and CEO to manage clinical projects.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet client expectations.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and site activities to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Plan, execute, and complete assigned clinical research projects on time and within budget.
  • Act as the primary liaison for sponsors and stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a project manager in a CRO environment.
  • Proven experience managing multi-country studies.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and GCP guidelines.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
