We are seeking a highly skilled Waste Management Professional to join our team.

Job Summary:
  • This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards across various locations.
About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate sorting and distribution of waste into appropriate bins, collaborating effectively with other departments, and participating in regular meetings to align with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene by regularly emptying and resetting bins according to schedule, monitoring and turning bins frequently, and conducting thorough cleaning activities.
  • Ensure accurate sorting and distribution of waste into appropriate bins while working collaboratively with other teams.
  • Participate in monthly Team Meetings to align with organisational goals and contribute to stocktake activities twice a year.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining operational processes to enhance waste management practices.

  • Demonstrate strong commitment to hygiene and cleanliness, with ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess excellent teamwork and communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with multiple departments, and exhibit attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards.
