HSE Business Partner

We are seeking a proactive and skilled professional to join our team as an HSE Business Partner.

This role involves providing regional advice on key HSE processes such as hazard management, incident and injury management, HSE auditing, legislative compliance, training, consultation, reporting, and health programs.

  • Review and audit HSE policies and procedures for compliance and improvement.
  • Develop communication plans to support project implementation.
  • Maintain HSE risk management processes and registers.
  • Update HSE communication channels like reports, alerts, Toolbox Talks, and online portals.
  • Conduct hazard and incident investigations using root cause analysis techniques.
  • Assist in resolving HSE issues and promote consultation at all levels.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
  • Experience in developing and delivering HSE training programs.
  • Proficiency in HSE data management and reporting.
  • Experience reviewing hazard and incident reports and investigations.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Acts, Regulations, Codes of Practice, and Standards related to HSE.
  • Full Australian work rights and a valid drivers' license.
