We are currently seeking a Casual Gaming Attendant to join our team at The Golden Fleece Hotel in Melton. As part of the wider gaming operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and that all compliance requirements are met.

As a Gaming Attendant, your typical day may include a variety of tasks such as cash handling, maintaining a clean and presentable environment, and ensuring that compliance certificates are up to date.

One of the key aspects of this role is working effectively with colleagues to provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

A successful candidate will be available to work overnight shifts, have strong communication skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patrons
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with current gaming regulations
  • Ensure all areas of the gaming floor are kept clean and tidy at all times
  • Monitor and control the flow of cash transactions

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG)
  • Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence
  • Solid cash handling proficiency
