Job Title: Facilities Contract Manager

Qantas Group is seeking a skilled Facilities Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the contract management of service providers related to operational performance, assurance, KPI management, risk management, safety, financial management, project management, and resolution of FM escalated issues between the Qantas Operation and ensure that FM service providers are achieving performance outcomes as per customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial contract management experience is essential
  • Ability to interpret complex facilities management contracts
  • Proven experience in managing suppliers with defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
  • Ability to analyse data related to both financial expenditure and facilities maintenance service records
  • Proven experience in achieving improved supplier operational performance
  • Proven experience in resolving complex operational and or commercial issues impacting operations
  • Manage customer requirements and expectations
  • Commercial acumen to balance risk vs commercial value
  • Excellent report-writing, analytical, multi-tasking and project-management skills
  • Ability to lead projects using own initiative and working as part of a team
  • Ability to create and maintain accurate/accessible and organised documentation
  • Ability to present maintenance performance results and strategy at senior management level, whilst considering the variety of knowledge levels within the audience
  • Ability to identify and support system improvements and opportunities as well as assign priorities where needed
